Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving technical issues via phone, email or in-person
- Diagnosing hardware and software problems and providing appropriate solutions
- Installing and configuring computer systems, peripherals, and software
- Setting up new user accounts and managing account permissions
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided
- Escalating complex issues to senior technicians or engineers when necessary

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (A degree or certification in computer science or related field is preferred)
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting techniques
