Part-Time Computer Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients with computer hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems remotely or on-site
- Install and configure computer systems and software
- Maintain records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective problem resolution

Requirements:
- Previous experience in computer support or related field preferred
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be available to work part-time hours during weekdays and weekends as needed

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1700 per month.
