A fast-growing tech company in Funchal is seeking a motivated and experienced DevOps Developer to join our dynamic team. We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month, with accommodation, free visa, and ticket provided.

As a DevOps Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and tools necessary for our software development process. This includes automating workflows, monitoring system performance, and ensuring smooth deployment of code to production.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate software builds and deployments
- Maintain and monitor cloud-based infrastructure using tools like AWS or Azure
- Troubleshoot issues with build or deployment processes
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure efficient use of resources
- Continuously improve processes through automation and optimization
- Ensure security best practices are followed in all aspects of the development process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience with AWS or Azure
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash or Python
- Knowledge of configuration management tools such as Ansible or Chef
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus or New Relic
- Understanding of microservices architecture
- Previous experience working with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Familiarity with database administration
