We are currently hiring a Data Analyst to join our growing team in Funchal. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing large data sets, identifying patterns and trends, and providing insights to support decision-making. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze large datasets using statistical techniques
- Identify trends and patterns in data
- Develop reports, visualizations, and dashboards to communicate insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
