Junior JAVA Developer (Part-Time)



We are searching for a Junior JAVA Developer to join our team in Funchal on a part-time basis. As a developer, you will be responsible for writing and maintaining efficient, high-quality code to support our web-based applications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for coding and a desire to gain experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Write clean, well-designed code following industry best practices
- Troubleshoot and debug existing code to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with the development team to design and implement new features
- Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the Java development community

Requirements:
- Proficient in Java programming language
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with databases and SQL
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a starting salary of $1300 per month.

Location:
The position is based in Funchal, but remote work options may be available.

Qualifications:
No prior experience is required, but candidates must have completed relevant coursework or have equivalent knowledge. Portuguese nationality or residency is preferred but not required.
