Junior IOS Developer


We are currently hiring for a Junior IOS Developer to join our dynamic team in Funchal, Portugal. As a Junior IOS Developer, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of our IOS applications. This is a contract job with a starting salary of $1400.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and maintaining IOS applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability
- Troubleshoot and debug issues as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in mobile development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proficient in Swift and Objective-C programming languages
- Knowledge of IOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect IOS applications to back-end services
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience with IOS development (personal or professional)
- Experience working with third-party libraries and APIs
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles for mobile applications
