Team Lead - Remote Contract Position (Funchal, Portugal)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our remote team in Funchal, Portugal. This is a contract position with the opportunity for extension based on performance. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a team of professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a team of professionals, including delegating tasks and providing guidance and support
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure productivity and quality standards are met
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure seamless project execution
- Identify areas for improvement and implement efficient processes to increase team productivity
- Act as a point of contact for any issues or concerns raised by team members
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and develop individual development plans for team members
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork, motivation, and employee engagement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar leadership role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example, motivate others, and manage conflicts effectively
- Experience working remotely or managing remote teams is an asset
- Fluency in English (Portuguese is an asset)
