As a Teamlead in Funchal, Portugal, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of individuals to achieve team goals and objectives. You will work closely with team members to provide guidance, support and motivation to ensure the success of projects and tasks. This role requires someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of individuals to achieve team goals and targets
- Provide guidance, support and motivation to team members
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Identify areas for improvement within the team and implement solutions
- Communicate effectively with both upper management and team members
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall company objectives
- Act as a mentor for new employees or those in need of additional training
- Ensure all team members are following company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
- Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must have a biometric passport or be eligible to obtain one
- Must be willing to relocate to Funchal if not already residing there

Salary: $1400/month
