Project Manager

We are in search of a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Funchal. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing and completing projects on time, within budget and with high quality standards. Your role will involve coordinating with various teams and stakeholders, managing resources, tracking progress, and ensuring project objectives are met.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules
- Identify project objectives, deliverables and milestones
- Allocate resources and manage team members' tasks
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and take corrective actions when necessary
- Manage project budget and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and with high quality standards
- Prepare project documentation including reports, presentations, etc.
- Lead meetings with team members to discuss project progress and address any issues or concerns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of Agile principles is a plus
- Fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus)
