Senior Database Administrator

The Senior Database Administrator will be responsible for the overall management and maintenance of our company's databases. This includes designing, implementing, and monitoring database systems to ensure data integrity and security. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in database administration, with strong knowledge of SQL and other database languages. They should also have experience in performance tuning, backup and recovery, and data migration. The role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team environment. The Senior Database Administrator will also be responsible for training junior staff members and providing guidance on best practices for database management. This is a full-time position located in Funchal, with a salary of 1100$ per month.
