Junior Web Designer


We are a growing web design company based in Funchal and we are seeking a Junior Web Designer to join our team. As a Junior Web Designer, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation and maintenance of visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for web design to gain experience and grow their skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior designers and project managers to understand client needs and requirements
- Assist in the creation of website layouts, user interfaces, graphics, and other visual elements
- Utilize HTML, CSS, and other coding languages to implement design concepts into functional websites
- Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure website functionality and compatibility across different devices
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web design

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Web Design or related field (candidates currently studying will also be considered)
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong eye for design with the ability to create visually appealing layouts
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and responsive design techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Funchal (remote work options may be available)
