Freelance Virtual Assistant
We are seeking a motivated and organized Freelance Virtual Assistant to join our team in Funchal. As a virtual assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team and assist with various tasks such as managing emails, scheduling appointments, and conducting research. This is a contract job with a salary of 1600$. We welcome candidates without experience and also those with their own visa who are looking for jobs as freshers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Conduct research on various topics and present findings to the team
- Organize and maintain digital files and documents
- Assist with social media management and content creation
- Perform data entry tasks as needed
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Basic accounting knowledge preferred but not required
- Must have access to reliable internet connection and own computer/laptop
