We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finisher to join our team in Funchal. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing the final touches on products or surfaces, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications. This role requires someone with experience in finishing techniques, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Apply finishing techniques such as sanding, painting, staining, or sealing to products or surfaces
- Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments
- Follow specific instructions and specifications for each project
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Communicate with team members about project progress and any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Finisher or in a similar role
- Knowledge of various finishing techniques and materials
- Attention to detail and ability to spot imperfections
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Preference:
- Own visa or residency in Funchal or willing to relocate at own expense
- Experience working without accommodation
