Concrete Worker

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Worker to join our team in Funchal. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for preparing, pouring, and finishing concrete structures according to project specifications. Your primary duties will include mixing and pouring concrete, smoothing and leveling surfaces, and using specialized tools to create desired textures and finishes.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare work area by setting up necessary tools and equipment
- Mix concrete according to project specifications
- Pour concrete into forms or onto surfaces
- Smooth and level concrete using trowels, screeds, and other hand or power tools
- Create desired textures or finishes using special tools such as brushes or stamps
- Monitor curing process and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Repair any imperfections or cracks in finished surfaces
- Clean work area and tools after each shift

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience working with concrete is a plus, but not required
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow project specifications accurately
- Familiarity with various types of concrete mixes and their appropriate uses
- Basic math skills for measuring materials and calculating proportions of mixtures
