Job Title: Metal Fabrication Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications
- Use various hand and power tools to cut, shape, and weld metal materials
- Operate machinery such as lathes, mills, and grinders
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment or materials as needed
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Metal Worker or similar role
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints
- Strong knowledge of metalworking techniques and tools
- Ability to operate various machinery and tools effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Knowledge of safety protocols in a workshop setting
