Commercial Architect Assistant
We are a leading architecture firm located in Funchal seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Commercial Architect Assistant. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for commercial design and construction, who is looking to gain valuable experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior architects with client meetings, site visits, and project management tasks
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design software
- Conduct research on building codes, materials, and construction methods
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Maintain accurate project documentation and schedules
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on current trends and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred qualifications:
- Previous internship or work experience in commercial architecture
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Funchal
- Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
