Commercial Architect

Our architecture firm is seeking a highly creative and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial architecture and be able to manage all aspects of the design process from conception to completion. They should have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as being proficient in CAD software and other relevant programs. The role will involve working closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple commercial architecture projects simultaneously
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using CAD software
- Collaborate with other team members, including engineers, contractors, and interior designers
- Oversee project budgets and schedules
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure projects comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or changes throughout the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.

Location:
This is a full-time position located in Funchal, Portugal. We offer free visa sponsorship and ticket for international candidates.
