Industrial Architect - Funchal, Portugal



We are seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures. Your main goal will be to create functional and efficient spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their specific needs and requirements
- Prepare design proposals, including sketches, drawings, and 3D models
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess potential constraints
- Create detailed construction plans and oversee the development process
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Strong knowledge of industrial building materials, construction methods, and design principles
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other drafting software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Experience managing projects from conception to completion is preferred

This is a contract job with a salary of 900$ per month. Accommodation is not provided but we offer visa sponsorship for candidates outside of Portugal.
