We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Architect to join our team in Funchal. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures. This role requires strong technical knowledge, creativity, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the field and be able to work independently. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing industrial buildings and structures according to client requirements
- Creating detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using specialized software
- Conducting site visits to assess project feasibility and gather necessary information
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and make necessary adjustments
- Managing project timelines and budgets effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar software
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and structural engineering principles
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Must be legally authorized to work in Funchal without accommodation or visa sponsorship.
