We are a leading architectural firm located in the beautiful city of Funchal, seeking an experienced and talented Industrial Architect to join our team. Our company specializes in industrial architecture projects and we are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about creating innovative and functional designs.

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of various industrial buildings such as factories, warehouses, and distribution centers. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that meet budget and timeline requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure designs are feasible
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs meet safety standards
- Monitor project progress to ensure it stays within budget and on schedule
- Make adjustments or revisions to designs as needed based on client feedback

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial architecture projects
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent in English (Portuguese or Spanish language skills preferred)

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.
