Architecture Manager


We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Funchal. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring their successful completion within budget and on schedule. Your role will involve managing project teams, coordinating with clients, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Develop project plans and timelines, and ensure their successful execution.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Oversee the design process, ensuring that all plans are accurate and comply with building codes.
- Monitor construction progress to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and making adjustments as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a strong track record of managing teams effectively.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural design software.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is located in Funchal. Candidates must have their own visa to work in Funchal.
