Senior Architect

Our architecture firm in Funchal is seeking a Senior Architect to join our team on a part-time basis. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field and a strong understanding of architectural design principles. The ideal candidate will have experience working on residential, commercial, and public projects, as well as strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design and development of architectural projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for each project
- Create detailed drawings, models, and presentations for client review
- Oversee project timelines and budgets
- Mentor and supervise junior architects and interns
- Conduct site visits to ensure projects are being implemented according to design plans
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an architect
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of successful project delivery within budget and timeline constraints
