Architecture Project Manager
Location: Funchal, Portugal
Salary: $1600/month
Contract Type: Full-time, with accommodation provided


We are currently seeking an experienced Architecture Project Manager to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As the Architecture Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and construction process of architectural projects
- Develop project plans, timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Review and approve project designs and plans
- Manage project teams and delegate tasks as needed
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality standards are met
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architecture or project management role
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working on international projects
- Fluency in Portuguese
