Senior Architect (Contract)

As a Senior Architect in our firm, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design and construction process of various projects. This includes collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences, creating detailed plans and drawings, managing budgets and timelines, and supervising the work of junior architects and construction teams. Your role will also involve staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulations, maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors, and ensuring high-quality work that meets all safety standards.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in architecture with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. You should possess excellent design skills with a keen eye for detail, as well as exceptional project management abilities. Strong communication skills are also essential as you will be working closely with clients to understand their vision and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project.

This is a contract position based in Funchal, Portugal with a salary of 1500$ per month. We are open to candidates from all nationalities who are willing to relocate for this opportunity. We also provide free visa sponsorship and air ticket for the selected candidate.
