English Teacher in Funchal, Portugal



We are seeking a qualified and passionate English Teacher to join our language school in Funchal, Portugal. As a full-time teacher, you will be responsible for teaching English to a diverse group of students. This position is suitable for men who have a passion for teaching and are looking to gain experience in an international setting.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons following the curriculum guidelines
- Create and administer assessments to track student progress
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them improve their language skills
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress and any concerns
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English or related field
- Fluent in English (native or near-native proficiency)
- Teaching certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA)
- Previous teaching experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs of students

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month. Visa sponsorship is available for non-EU citizens.
