Floral Designer


We are seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team in Funchal. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. Your main duties will include designing custom bouquets, centerpieces, and other floral arrangements based on clients' preferences and budget.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong eye for design and be able to work with different types of flowers and plants. You should also have excellent communication skills to understand clients' needs and provide professional recommendations. Previous experience in a similar position is preferred but not required.

As a Floral Designer, you will work closely with our team of florists to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain the overall quality of our products. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed. This role requires physical stamina as it involves standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and working with sharp tools.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Florist or Floral Designer
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers and plants
- Excellent design skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and use sharp tools
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Fluency in Portuguese (preferred) or English
