Construction Project Manager
We are hiring a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Funchal. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing construction projects and possess strong leadership and organizational skills. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of the project, including budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring quality control. They will also be responsible for managing contractors, suppliers, and other project team members. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, budget, and schedule construction projects
- Oversee all aspects of the project from start to finish
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other team members
- Review project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Manage project budget and ensure cost efficiency
- Monitor quality control throughout the construction process
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders including clients, engineers, architects, etc.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Funchal is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in Portuguese (knowledge of English is a plus)

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Funchal (accommodation provided if needed)
