Crane Operator

We are seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Funchal. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy loads. This includes inspecting equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and communicating with team members to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various types of cranes including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols and regulations while operating cranes
- Communicate with team members to coordinate lifting operations
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust operations accordingly
- Keep accurate records of all crane operations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a crane operator
- Valid crane operator certification
- Proficient in operating different types of cranes
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads
- Excellent communication skills

Preferred:
- Prior experience working as a crane operator in the construction industry
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends if necessary

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Funchal (accommodation can be provided if needed)
