We are a well-established construction company seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Funchal. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding for construction projects and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1800 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform welding tasks to join metal components according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Operate welding equipment and tools safely
- Conduct regular maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately
- Communicate any issues or concerns with project managers in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder, preferably in construction projects
- Skilled in using welding equipment and tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- High school diploma or equivalent certification required
