Job Title: Welder

We are hiring a skilled Welder to join our team in Funchal. As a Welder, you will be responsible for assembling and repairing metal structures, using specialized tools and techniques to fuse metal pieces together. Your main duties will include reading and interpreting blueprints, measuring and cutting materials, and ensuring the structural integrity of welded parts.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work with precision. Previous welding experience is not required as we provide on-the-job training, but a basic understanding of welding principles is preferred.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$. We welcome applicants of all nationalities who have the necessary work permits to work in Funchal. Responsibilities:
- Study blueprints and project specifications to determine the appropriate welding techniques
- Measure and mark materials for cutting or shaping
- Operate specialized machinery such as shears, saws, grinders, etc.
- Use various welding techniques (MIG,TIG or Arc) to join metal components
- Inspect welded joints for quality control
- Maintain equipment and keep work area clean

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Basic knowledge of welding principles preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically fit with good manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have necessary work permits for Funchal
