We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Funchal. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth running of our office. Your duties will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, organizing and maintaining files, and assisting with basic accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should have basic computer skills, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
