Job Title: Merchandiser Coordinator


As a Merchandiser Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the merchandising process for our company in Funchal. Your main goal will be to ensure that our products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner, in order to increase sales and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the merchandising team to plan and execute product displays.
- Visit stores and conduct regular audits of product displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify product placement opportunities and potential display improvements.
- Train store employees on proper product display techniques.
- Develop creative strategies to attract customers' attention and increase sales.
- Analyze sales data to track the effectiveness of different display techniques.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor displays.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field is preferred.
- Proven work experience as a Merchandiser or similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high visual standards for product displays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is $900 per month. The salary may be negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

Location:
This position is based in Funchal, but open to all nationalities. Some travel within the city may be required.
