Sales Manager - Funchal, Portugal
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1100$, without accommodation provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities in the industry
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products/services to clients
- Train and onboard new sales team members as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the sales industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office applications (Excel, Word)
- Fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus)
