We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and developing sales strategies to meet company targets. You should have a strong background in sales and excellent leadership skills. Accommodation will be provided for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage and lead the sales team to meet individual and team targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients
- Train and coach sales representatives on effective selling techniques
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to management
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote company products/services

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on market trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience in the travel/tourism industry is a plus

Salary: 1700$ per month with accommodation provided.

Location: Funchal, Portugal (Portuguese nationality preferred)
