Entry-Level Carpenter

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Carpenter. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for assisting with the construction, installation, and repair of various structures and fixtures. This is a great opportunity for someone without experience in the field to gain valuable hands-on experience and learn from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with measuring, cutting, and shaping wood or other materials according to specifications
- Operate hand and power tools to construct, install, or repair structures and fixtures
- Follow blueprints, building plans, and instructions from supervisors
- Inspect workpieces for defects or imperfections
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Basic understanding of carpentry techniques and tools preferred
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Biometric passport preferred (but not required)
- Must be willing to relocate to Funchal (accommodation provided)

Salary:
Starting salary of 1100$ per month with opportunities for growth within the company.

This position is based in Funchal, Portugal.
