We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate measurements and surveys of land and property to provide essential information for construction projects, property sales, and development plans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct precise measurements and surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and drones.
- Analyze data collected from surveys to create detailed maps, plans, and reports.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate placement of buildings, roads, utilities, and other structures.
- Research property records and historical data to determine boundaries and ownership.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on job sites.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor.
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and drones.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this full-time position. The successful candidate must have their own visa to work in Portugal.
