Courier Assistant

We are a fast-paced and growing courier company based in Funchal, seeking a reliable and hardworking Courier Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month. As our company is expanding, we are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow with us.

Responsibilities:
- Assist couriers with sorting, loading, and delivering packages
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages to designated locations
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery updates or issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles used for deliveries
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws while operating company vehicles
- Help with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- No prior experience as a courier necessary, but willingness to learn is essential
- Must be physically fit and able to handle heavy packages up to 50 pounds
- Good communication skills in English (Portuguese also preferred)
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
