Contract Administrator in Funchal
We are hiring a Contract Administrator to join our team in Funchal. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of contract administration for our company. Your main duties will include reviewing and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate records of all contracts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role
- Strong understanding of contract laws and regulations
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities:
- Review and negotiate contract terms, ensuring they align with company policies
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the entire contract lifecycle
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts, including amendments or changes
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Legal and Finance, to ensure contract terms are understood and followed
- Communicate any potential risks or issues related to contracts to relevant stakeholders
- Monitor contract performance to ensure all parties fulfill their obligations
- Provide support in resolving any disputes or issues that may arise during the contract period
Salary: $1500 per month (with accommodation provided)
