Administrative Assistant
We are a growing company in Funchal seeking an organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of administrative experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office. As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing and organizing office tasks, such as maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and assisting with day-to-day operations. You will also be responsible for communicating with clients and maintaining a professional image for the company. The salary for this position is $1500 per month with accommodation provided. If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you! Portuguese nationality is preferred but not required.
