Contract Administrator - Funchal, Portugal
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all contract-related documents and processes. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1200$ per month, and includes accommodation and visa sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and maintaining all contract-related documents, including agreements, amendments, and renewals.
- Communicating with vendors and clients to ensure timely execution of contracts.
- Tracking deadlines and ensuring all parties meet their contractual obligations.
- Maintaining accurate records of contract status and updates.
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting for upcoming contracts.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient contract management processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Previous experience in contract administration is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Portuguese would be an advantage).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
