We are seeking a seasonal concierge to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with any needs or requests they may have during their stay. This is a seasonal position, perfect for those looking for a temporary job or seeking work experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Provide recommendations and assist with reservations for local restaurants, attractions, and activities
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
- Coordinate transportation services for guests
- Keep the lobby and reception area clean and organized
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local events
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and resolve them in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned by the management team

Requirements:
- No prior experience required; however, customer service experience is a plus
- Must have a friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a bonus
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid visa to work in Portugal is preferred but not mandatory

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
