Concierge (Part-Time)
Location: Funchal, Portugal

We are seeking a part-time Concierge to join our team in Funchal. As the first point of contact for guests, the ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and be able to provide a warm and welcoming experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations for guests as requested
- Handle guest complaints and find solutions in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling
- Ensure all guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1500$ per month.
