Job Title: Part-Time Information Technology Manager


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Information Technology Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Braga. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of IT systems and policies at our company. They will also be responsible for managing the IT team and ensuring the smooth operation of all technology services.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies that align with our business goals
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new IT systems
- Manage and mentor the IT team members
- Ensure the smooth operation of all technology services, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Develop disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of system failures
- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications
- Experience managing teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)
