Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- 3+ years of experience in an IT management role

- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Familiarity with current technologies and trends in the industry

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of our information technology operations
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Maintain network infrastructure, including hardware setup, software installation, and system updates
- Ensure data security by implementing necessary measures such as firewalls and data backup systems
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technological needs
- Develop strategies for improving efficiency and effectiveness of technology systems
- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Troubleshoot any issues or outages that may arise
