IT Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our growing team in Braga. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's technology infrastructure and ensuring its efficiency and security.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and strategies
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of all hardware and software systems
- Manage and monitor network security measures to protect against cyber threats
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions
- Ensure data backup and disaster recovery plans are in place
- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support when needed
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide appropriate solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols, and hardware/software troubleshooting
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Knowledge of data backup and disaster recovery procedures
- Familiarity with current technologies such as cloud computing, virtualization, etc.

Salary: 1600$ per month
