As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our company's network and computer systems. This includes monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, installing and configuring hardware and software, and ensuring the security of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance to ensure smooth operations
- Troubleshoot any network or system issues that may arise
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software for optimal performance
- Ensure the security of our systems by implementing necessary protocols and procedures
- Backup data regularly to prevent loss of important information
- Provide technical support to users when needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Knowledge of network security protocols and procedures
- Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Linux) and virtualization technologies (VMware)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and find effective solutions
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
