DevOps Developer (Braga, Portugal)

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our company's DevOps infrastructure in Braga, Portugal. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to implement and improve automation processes, optimize system performance and ensure seamless deployment of software updates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, as well as experience with cloud technologies and automation tools. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided and requires a biometric passport for travel. This position is suitable for men who are passionate about DevOps and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the company's DevOps infrastructure
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement automation processes
- Identify areas for improvement in system performance and implement solutions
- Streamline deployment processes for software updates
- Monitor system health and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in DevOps

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in software development
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet or Chef
- Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems administration
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Bash, Python)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Biometric passport for travel purposes
