Machine Learning Engineer

The Machine Learning Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. They will work closely with data scientists and software engineers to design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine learning and data analysis, as well as strong programming skills. They must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms
- Collaborate with data scientists to identify business problems that can be solved using machine learning
- Gather, clean, and preprocess data for use in machine learning models
- Design and build scalable machine learning pipelines
- Monitor model performance and make necessary adjustments
- Work closely with software engineers to integrate models into production systems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in machine learning techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in machine learning or data analysis.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R.
- Experience working with big data tools such as Hadoop, Spark or Kafka.
- Familiarity with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow or Keras.
- Knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Excellent communication skills.

Location: Braga, Portugal (visa sponsorship available)

Salary: $1100 per month

Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Experience Level: Experienced candidates preferred but freshers are welcome to apply.
