Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large datasets to provide valuable insights and support business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to identify data needs and develop effective strategies for data collection and analysis. This position is based in Braga, Portugal.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple sources
- Perform data analysis using statistical methods and tools
- Identify patterns and trends in the data to provide valuable insights
- Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and develop solutions
- Monitor and maintain data quality and integrity
- Recommend improvements for data collection processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and statistical software (such as R or Python)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is preferred
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and communicate findings effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
