A rapidly growing company in Braga is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our team on a contract basis. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals in the delivery of various projects. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of professionals in the execution of projects
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team and ensure they are met
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Teamlead or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Biometric passport is required for travel purposes

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this contract position.
